How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. Live plants and organisms are shipped on a Monday or Tuesday via express services to ensure their health.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging, minus any shipping costs. Organisms (springtails and isopods) come with an ‘arrived safe’ guarantee, where we will replace any orders that don’t arrive in a healthy condition. For any concerns with plants, please reach out to us and we’ll resolve the issue on a case by case basis.
